Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

The services available through PostingRegistry are provided by:

PostingRegistry is an independent service — we are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any public authority.

2. Scope of Services

PostingRegistry provides administrative services related to posting workers abroad, including:

  • Filing SIPSI declarations on behalf of the employer (France)
  • Appointing a representative in France for the duration of the posting
  • Submitting BTP card applications to CNETP (France)
  • Registration in the Meldeportal system (Germany)
  • Preparing payroll documentation compliant with MiLoG (Germany)

3. Conditions of Use

The services are available to adults acting on behalf of a business. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the company indicated in the form and that the information provided is true and complete.

4. Placing an Order

Orders are placed by completing the online form available on the website. The form collects the data necessary to provide the service (company details, worker details, posting specifics). Each step of the form is saved automatically. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided.

5. Prices and Payments

Current service prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are expressed in PLN and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. EU companies outside Poland may qualify for the reverse charge VAT procedure.

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

6. Service Delivery

We begin processing your order after payment is confirmed. Estimated timeframes:

  • SIPSI declaration — up to 24 hours
  • Appointing a representative — up to 24 hours
  • BTP card — 5–10 business days (CNETP)
  • Meldeportal registration — up to 24 hours

Timeframes are indicative and may be extended if incomplete or incorrect data is provided by the Client.

7. Client Obligations

The Client undertakes to:

  • Provide complete and accurate data as required by the form
  • Promptly supply any additional data requested by PostingRegistry
  • Ensure workers are paid at least the minimum wage of the host country (SMIC/Mindestlohn)
  • Hold the required employment documentation (contracts, payslips, A1 certificate)

PostingRegistry shall not be liable for consequences arising from the provision of false or incomplete data.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

If you have expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period and the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. If the service has been partially performed, you will pay an amount proportional to what has been provided.

9. Complaints and Refunds

Complaints should be submitted to: [email protected], within 14 days of the service being delivered. We handle complaints within 14 business days.

If the service was delivered in a manner inconsistent with the order, the Client is entitled to a full or partial refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on PostingRegistry — text, graphics, logos and the website design — is the property of Bemaze Group AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Copying or distributing this content without written consent is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bemaze Group AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
  • The total liability of Bemaze Group AB in respect of any single order shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.
  • We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information published on this website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. EU consumers are entitled to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence, in accordance with the Rome I Regulation.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact [email protected] — we aim to resolve issues directly. EU consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available in their country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance — by email or via a banner on the website. Continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance thereof.
